Writing

As a writer on contemporary classical music, unusual pop and other creative music, Leo has contributed reviews, interviews and other articles to publications including The Quietus, The Wire, TEMPO (Cambridge University Press), Sinfini, Frieze and The New Statesman since 2004.

He has also written programme notes and previews for events at the Barbican Centre and the London 2012 Festival, and delivered a series of lectures on 20th century music as part of the Southbank Centre's The Rest is Noise festival in 2013.
